Here is my design. Instead of blocking out the eyebrows i have decided to change the colour to orange as ginger/red hair was popular within the Elizabethan era. I asked my model to give them a lift so the coloring has been placed slightly above where my original eyebrow would be and the shaping has been more rounded. For the eyes i have used the same two colours of black and gold as i did in my first experimentation however have made my look much more modern and exiting by creating a thick line using masking tape to sharpen the flicks and have thickened the liner to draw attention. Instead of blending gold i have decided to use gold into the crease going towards the brow, this helps the black from the liner stand out much more. The white base from the Elizabethan ere has been included as this was one of the key symbolism's as was used in Queen Elizabeth portraits and as she set of the trend due to her scars from small pox. The lips i have left quite simple with a subtle red as i didn't want too much going on especially as the eyes were dramatic. For the cheeks i have contoured the cheek bones bringing out the natural shadows to bring out the natural shape of the cheek and jaw bone.
