Introduction week! - 


Within this first year we have a variety of makeup kits from Illamasqua and Charles fox that i will be using throughout the first year of this course.

I am very exited to use a variety of illamasqua products within my work as i have been interested in this brand through many beauty gurus on youtube who have been promoting their products.

Selfies with the best selling products -

For this task we were asked to go around West Quays Shopping center and photograph ourselves with the best selling item from each brand listed.



Mac -  best seller was a red lipstick

Benefit - Within benefit they had a shelf full of the most popular items recently


Laura Mercier - Concealer

Bobbi Brown - Within bobbi brown they had their top 10 products. These included a variety of blushers, lipsticks, mascaras and pallets.

Smash box -Photo finish foundation primer

Overall i had a lot of fun with this task and felt it was a great activity to bond with my classmates and discover which makeup brands they are most interested in,



Paper bag task - 

For this task we were asked to create a look of how you would like to be seen in 5 years time.
Overall this task was enjoyable and a laugh with my class mates observing my other classmates final outcomes. 
Evaluating my bag i feel that i could have been much more imaginable and creative when designing. I would like to imagine myself to be fashionable and presented myself well.
